A contact is missing in LeadLex: six checks
Why a contact may not show in Network or on a list, with checks for filters, merges, imports, deletion, retention archiving and blocked senders.

Most missing contacts are hidden by a filter, merged into another contact or were never imported. Work through these in order.
Check these
- Clear your filters. Open Network and remove any filter, including Private, tags or status. A leftover filter hides everything that does not match it.
- Search by email. A contact may be saved under a different spelling of the name.
- Look for a merge. When two contacts are merged, the second one disappears and its history moves to the first. Search for the person again by email.
- Check the import. If the contact came from a file, open the import result. Rows with no name and no email are not imported. A row with only an email is saved under the part before the @, so search by email. See Import errors.
- Was it deleted? Deleting a contact is permanent, and there is no trash to restore from. A colleague may have removed it. Admins can look in the Activity Log under Security & Privacy.
- Is it archived by a retention rule? Contacts archived under a retention rule are visible to admins only.
If the contact is in your mailbox but not in LeadLex
Syncing email does not add people you have not saved. Use Import contacts from your connected account. See Import contacts from your mailbox.
