Verify your phone number with a six digit code, choose which notifications arrive on WhatsApp, and understand the 24 hour window.

Each person verifies their own number under Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp, so no admin is needed. WhatsApp is Live in LeadLex. On the card, LeadLex lists what you can do there: scan business cards, send voice notes, and get task reminders and deal alerts.
Connect your number
- Open Settings → Integrations and select WhatsApp.
- Under Phone Verification, enter your number with the country code and choose Send Verification Code.
- Type the 6-digit code from WhatsApp and choose Verify.
- Choose your notifications.
If the code does not come, choose Resend. To start over with another number, choose Use a different number. When it works you see "WhatsApp connected!"
Choose what arrives on WhatsApp
Under Notifications via WhatsApp you can switch on Morning briefing, Task reminders, Deal alerts and Approval requests.
The 24 hour window
In Settings → Notifications, the WhatsApp channel shows Active (24h window open) or 24h window expired, falls back to email. The window opens each time you send Lexi a WhatsApp message and closes 24 hours later. When it has expired, LeadLex sends that notification by email instead. Send Lexi any message to reopen it.
What costs credits
Asking Lexi questions, scanning a business card and voice notes use AI credits. See Credits: what costs what.
What happens next
Send Lexi a photo of a business card or a quick question to try it.
