Connect Google Calendar to LeadLex
Sync Google Calendar events with LeadLex so meetings link to contacts and deals, and see your calendar in Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Last updated
Turn on the Calendar switch on your Google account under Settings → Email & Calendar, and events sync in both directions. Google Calendar is Live in LeadLex. Meetings link to the contacts and deals they involve.
Connect it
Google Calendar uses the same connection as Gmail.
- Open Settings and choose Email & Calendar.
- Under Connected Accounts, choose Connect Google, or open the account you already connected.
- Turn on the Calendar switch. This syncs events from the last 90 days.
Microsoft calendars connect the same way through Connect Microsoft. Sync now under the switch runs it on demand, and a red Sync error link shows the reason if it fails.
See your meetings in another calendar
If you prefer a desktop calendar, the Subscribe in Apple Calendar or Outlook card on the same page shows a subscription link. Choose Copy and paste it into your calendar app. Regenerate creates a new link and the old one stops working at once.
If the calendar stops updating
An expired connection shows Reconnect Required. Choose Reconnect Google and approve access again. See Reconnect an expired connection.
What happens next
With meetings flowing in, open Lexi from the Meetings page and choose Prep for next meeting to be briefed. See Meet Lexi.
