LeadLex plans, billing and seats
Where admins manage the LeadLex subscription, what the Plans, AI Credits and Usage tabs show, and how the trial works.
Last updated
Workspace admins manage the subscription under Settings → Billing & Usage. Members do not see this page. It has three tabs: Plans, AI Credits and Usage.
The Plans tab
The Plans tab shows the plans available to your workspace as cards: Starter, Professional and Organization. Each card lists the team size and the AI credits per month for that plan. Your own plan carries a Your Plan badge, and the other cards offer Upgrade or Downgrade. A switch at the top lets you compare Monthly and Annual billing.
At the bottom, Stripe Billing Portal opens the portal where payment is handled, and Next billing shows the date of the next charge. A card labelled "Need more? Contact us for Enterprise pricing" has a Contact Sales button.
The AI Credits tab
It shows your remaining monthly credits, any purchased credits that roll over, and Buy Additional Credits. Each pack has a Purchase button. See Credits: what costs what.
The Usage tab
It shows how your workspace has used its credits and resources, so you can see what used the most.
The trial
A new workspace starts on a 7 day trial with 250 AI credits, given once. The trial has one restriction: data export is switched off. After 7 days you need to subscribe to continue. Trial workspaces cannot buy credit packs, so subscribe first.
Seats
A seat is a person with a login to your workspace. Add and remove people under Settings → Team. See Roles and permissions. Your plan card states how many team members it covers.
