We spent years watching IP firms lose work to firms with better BD infrastructure, not better lawyers. The relationships were there. The tools to manage them weren’t. We didn’t build a better CRM. We built an AI associate engineered around the signals IP BD actually runs on — patent filings, opposition deadlines, in-house counsel moves — and the channels IP partners actually use.
