LeadLex AI credits: what each action costs
Which LeadLex actions use AI credits, what each one costs, what stays free, when credits reset and where to see your balance.

Most AI actions in LeadLex cost 1 credit. Revealing a phone number costs 10. Core CRM work such as adding contacts, creating deals and sending email is free. Credits belong to the workspace, so everyone on the team draws from one shared pool.
What costs credits

A short Lexi reply is often about 1 credit. The first message in a new conversation, and replies that read a lot of your data, cost more. Deep research is opt in for each question and costs more again. Automatic jobs that use AI, such as the morning briefing, also use credits.
What is free
- Adding contacts and companies
- Creating deals, tasks and notes
- Sending and receiving email, and calendar sync
- Custom pipelines and stages
- Duplicate detection by exact match
- Data export and team collaboration
- LinkedIn connection requests, messages and profile views, which count against your daily LinkedIn limits instead of credits
When credits reset
The monthly credits of a paid plan reset on the 1st. Credits you buy as an extra pack are added on top and roll over. A trial workspace gets 250 credits once.
See your balance and costs
- Open Settings → Billing & Usage and choose the AI Credits tab for what is left of your monthly credits and any purchased credits. This page is for admins.
- The Usage tab shows how the credits were spent.
- Prospector shows the 10 credit cost on the phone unlock button.
