Notifications now open what they describe

Clicking a notification in the bell or in a pop-up now opens the page it describes. Before, some notifications did nothing.

• "Tasks due soon" opens your tasks filtered to due today, and "tasks overdue" opens them filtered to overdue.
• A stalled deal alert opens your deals.
• A notification about a single deal or event opens that record in its side panel.

When a notification covers several items, you land on the filtered list. When it covers one, you land on the item.
