Your firm gets one LeadLex workspace. Everyone you invite works in it, sees the same companies and deals, and Lexi works across all of it.

> LeadLex is onboarding a limited number of firms at a time, so new accounts are not open for self sign-up. If your firm is not set up yet, [book a demo](/contact) or [join the waitlist](/waitlist). If a colleague already uses LeadLex, ask them for an invitation.

## Sign in for the first time

1. Go to [app.leadlex.com](https://app.leadlex.com/AuthLogin).
2. Choose **Continue with Microsoft**, **Continue with Google**, or sign in with your email and password. If your firm uses single sign-on, choose **Sign in with SSO** and enter your work email.
3. If colleagues on your email domain already use LeadLex, you will see **We Found Your Team!** Choose **Request to Join** and a workspace admin gets your request, or **Create My Own Workspace** if you need a separate one.
4. Otherwise Lexi opens **Getting set up with Lexi** and creates your workspace, named after your email domain.

## Getting set up with Lexi

The setup is a short chat. Lexi asks for your name and confirms your firm's website, so it can read what your firm does.

Lexi then offers **Connect Google Workspace** or **Connect Microsoft 365**. Connecting your mailbox here is the fastest way to a useful workspace, because LeadLex can start linking your email and meetings to your clients straight away. You can also choose **Not right now** and do it later from Settings. See [Connect Gmail or Outlook, and Google Calendar](/help/getting-started/connect-email-and-calendar).

When Lexi shows a snapshot of what it found, check it and choose **Approve & prepare Lexi**. The last step lets you invite colleagues, or skip with **Continue** and finish with **Open dashboard**.

You can leave the setup at any time with **Skip setup** in the top bar.

## Invite your team

Only workspace admins can invite people.

1. Open **Settings** (the last item in the left rail), then **Team**.
2. Choose **Invite Team Members**.
3. Pick people from the suggested list for your email domain, or type addresses under **Or add email addresses manually**, separated by commas or new lines.
4. Under **Assign role to all invitees**, choose **Member** or **Admin**.
5. Choose **Send Invitation**.

Each person gets an email titled "*Your name* added you to *Firm* on LeadLex". The invitation link works for 14 days. Pending invitations show on the Team page, where an admin can resend one (which starts a new 14 days) or cancel it.

The Team page also shows how many seats your plan has left.

## Member or admin

| | Member | Admin |
|---|---|---|
| Works with contacts, companies, deals, tasks and Lexi | Yes | Yes |
| Invites people and changes roles | No | Yes |
| Billing, API keys, data export and task rules | No | Yes |

A workspace always keeps at least one admin, so the last admin cannot be removed.

## Accepting an invitation

The invitation opens a **Team Invitation** card showing who invited you, your role and when the invitation expires. New users choose **Create Account & Join Team**; people who already have a LeadLex login choose **Sign In & Join Team**.

Only the email address the invitation was sent to can accept it. If you want to join with a different address, ask the admin to send a new invitation to that address.
