# Unlock emails and phone numbers in Prospector

In Prospector, unlocking an email address costs 1 credit and unlocking a phone number costs 10 credits. Phone numbers are always opt in, so LeadLex never spends the 10 credits on its own.

## What Prospector costs

| Unlock | Cost |

| Search for prospects | 1 credit |
| Unlock email | 1 credit |
| **Unlock phone** | **10 credits** |

If you do not have enough, the message reads "Unlock phone costs 10 credits". If no number is found, the 10 credits are refunded.

## Where to do it

Open **Prospector** from the left rail, run a search, and choose the unlock you want on the prospect's row. Contact enrichment never requests phone numbers, so it never spends the 10 credits.

## What Lexi can do

Ask Lexi to reveal a prospect's email and it can. Phone reveals are not available in chat. Lexi tells you they cost 10 credits and run from the Prospector page.

## Keep a check on spend

Look at the **Usage** tab under **Settings → Billing & Usage** if you run large searches. Admins see it. See [Credits: what costs what](/help/account/credits-what-costs-what).
